Born and raised in Texas, Mo has lived the American Dream through hard work, service, and dedication. With over 15 years of experience serving the nation—both in the U.S. Army and the Texas Army National Guard—he has committed his life to supporting America and its patriots.
From working with charitable organizations to multiple deployments overseas and operations within U.S. borders, Mo brings a wealth of real-world experience to every class he teaches and to the direction he provides for the company. He emphasizes quality, professionalism, and practical knowledge that students can retain, apply, and pass on—whether at home or in their agency.
Mo’s mission is simple: to prepare every student or client to lead, protect, and serve with excellence.

Partner - Medical Operations Manager- Veteran
Born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, Anthony Bevers brings over 20 years of professional experience backed by a broad range of certifications and real-world application. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and Emergency Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
Anthony has deployed to various countries, where he trained foreign nationals in diverse skill sets to support international partnerships alongside specialized units. He also spent three years working with the U.S. Department of State overseas.
Anthony’s instruction is grounded in real-world experience. Every class he teaches reflects his deep knowledge, professionalism, and a practical, experience-driven approach that empowers students to apply what they learn with confidence.

Tactical Training Manager - Veteran
A decorated veteran with over 20 years of military service, including multiple deployments both overseas and stateside, Sean brings elite tactical expertise to every class. As a full-time SWAT Operator and Team Sniper, he serves actively on the front lines while also instructing and supporting various law enforcement and government agencies.
Sean is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in training. His leadership and experience are instrumental in upholding the excellence Haven Defense Group (HDG) is known for. Under his guidance, HDG ensures its instructors continue training and developing alongside their students—ensuring real-world readiness at every level.
Known for his professionalism, precision, and no-nonsense approach, Sean sets the tone for HDG’s values of integrity, discipline, and mission-focused training. His impact is seen not only in the students he shapes, but in the professional culture he helps lead within the organization.

CFO
Yousuf is a valued member of Haven Defense Group, bringing both strategic insight and critical operational support to the team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), and has played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of HDG.
With a sharp analytical mind and a commitment to excellence, Yousuf continues to strengthen the foundation and future growth of the organization.
