July 16, 2026  Haven Defense Group LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application TacHaven (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.  By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.  

Information We CollectWe collect several types of information:

A. Information from Google Sign-In / Authentication
If you sign in with Google, we receive:  Your name  
Email address  
Profile picture  
Any additional data you explicitly authorize via OAuth scopes (e.g., Google Drive access if applicable)

Google does not share your password with us.

B. Information You Provide Directly  Account details (username, profile information)  
Content you create or upload in the App  
Communications with us (support requests, feedback)

C. Automatically Collected Information  Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, language, country/region  
Usage Data: App interactions, screens visited, features used, session duration  
Analytics & Performance Data: Events, crashes, performance metrics (via Google Analytics for Firebase and/or Firebase Crashlytics)  
Push Notification Tokens (if you enable notifications)  
Location Data (only if the App requires it and you grant permission; coarse or precise as declared)

D. Third-Party Services & SDKs
The App integrates the following Google and third-party services:  Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics)  
Firebase Authentication  
Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications)  
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)  
Google Play Billing (in-app purchases/subscriptions, if applicable)  


These services may collect device identifiers, usage data, and other information as described in their respective privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your InformationWe use the information we collect to:  Provide, operate, and maintain the App  
Authenticate users and manage accounts  
Personalize your experience  
Analyze usage and improve the App (via Firebase Analytics)  
Diagnose crashes and technical issues  
Send push notifications (with your consent)  
Process in-app purchases and subscriptions  
Comply with legal obligations  
Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
When we access Google user data via Google APIs, we comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy. We only use this data to provide or improve features visible in the App. We do not use it for advertising, sell it, or transfer it except as necessary to provide the service with your consent.

3. How We Share Your InformationWe do not sell your personal information.  We may share information with:  Service Providers: Google (Firebase, Analytics, etc.) and other vendors who help us operate the App (under confidentiality agreements)  
Payment Processors: Google Play Billing for purchases  
Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights/safety  
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified)

We may share aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you.

4. Data SecurityWe implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information (encryption in transit, access controls, etc.). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data RetentionWe retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law.  You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Contact section). Some data may be retained for legitimate reasons (legal obligations, fraud prevention, security).

7. Children’s Privacy The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction under COPPA or equivalent laws). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us immediately so we can delete it.

8. International Data Transfers Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own (including the United States, where Google’s servers are located). We use appropriate safeguards where required by law.

 

9. Links to Other Websites or Services The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App and/or on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
